By placing an order with AERIS Collection you accept the terms below. Please read them before you buy.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe the Spiral as accurately as we can, and every specification on this site traces back to the manufacturer's documentation. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and packaging may change without notice.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Any taxes or duties that apply are shown at checkout or fall to the recipient. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. Payment is taken when you place the order.
4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, including after it is placed, if the item is unavailable, if a price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
5. Using the product safely
The Spiral is a heated styling tool and reaches high temperatures. Read the enclosed instructions before first use. Check the voltage rating printed on the product label against your mains supply before plugging it in. Do not leave it unattended while hot, keep it away from water, and keep it out of reach of children. Do not use it on wet hair, or on wigs and extensions unless the maker of those states they tolerate heat.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where AERIS Collection is registered.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
