Before you write

If your message is about an existing order, include your order number. It saves a round of emails.

If you are asking whether the Spiral suits your hair, tell us roughly what you are working with: fine, normal or thick, and whether it is colour-treated. The tool has four heat settings from 338°F to 446°F, and which one you should start on depends on exactly that.
