Where we ship
AERIS Collection ships to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times
The Spiral ships from our overseas fulfilment partner. After processing, expect:
- United States — 7 to 15 business days
- Canada — 8 to 15 business days
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs and peak shopping periods can add time.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. It can take 2 to 5 business days for the first carrier scan to appear.
Customs and duties
Any import duties or taxes that apply are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address changes
We can only change a delivery address before an order ships, so write to us as soon as you notice a mistake. A parcel returned to sender because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once it reaches our partner.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived 30 days after the shipping confirmation, contact us. We will trace it and, if it cannot be found, replace it or refund you.
